This course is designed for both customer facing and sales support sellers including sales representatives that are responsible for selling IBM Infrastructure Hardware, TSS and Lab Services. This course is available to internal IBM and external Business Partners.
Objectives
After you complete the course you should have a solid understanding of who TSS is and the benefits of core TSS support offerings can have for your clients. You will know how to find the Sales Kits in IBM Seismic to get the most current sales collateral for each offering. You will be prepared to inform your clients of these offerings at the time of hardware purchase or renewal with a goal to attach TSS services with the sale.
