This course is about IBM Z AIOps hands-on labs focused on Z Operational Log and Data Analytics, which is built on the previous IBM Z Common Data Provider and provides new features like near real-time operational analytics and incident identification. By leveraging the out-of-the-box powerful searches and modern dashboards included in the product, or build your own, you can extract contextualized insights from your Z operational data and ensure healthy operations across your hybrid applications.

Objectives

Through hands-on lab exercises, you will learn about how to:• Deploy the Z Common Data Provider• Install and Configure the Problem Insights server and the Z Data Analytics platform• Install Elastic Stack and ZLDA application, and integrate Elastic Stack with the PI server• Run Application Workload Simulator to test data streaming
